Register your team to perform at the Australian Cuban Dance Festival

As the festival approaches, we understand the importance of ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for all participating dance teachers and their teams. To facilitate this, we have compiled a set of guidelines and instructions to clarify the registration process. Please take a moment to review the following steps carefully:

1. Registration Deadline: The registration deadline for performance teams is the 10^th September 2023. We kindly request all dance teachers or leaders to complete the registration process before this date to secure a spot for their teams. If submitted after this date, we cannot guarantee a discounted performance pass and performance pass.
2. Registration Form: To register your team(s), please download the form below. Please complete and submit this via email to ruedadecasinochampionship@gmailcom
3. Team Information: The registration form requires you to provide essential details about your dance team, including the team’s name, number of members, dance style, performance duration, and names and contact details for all team members. This information is vital to ensure a smooth organisation of the event.
4. Music Submission: Please submit your music in a suitable digital format (MP3 or WAV) along with the registration form. This will help us arrange the appropriate audio setup for your performance. Please Label your music in this format “dance school, performance team, dance style”

Once we receive your completed registration form and necessary information, we will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge your team’s participation in the Cuban Australian Dance Festival alongside an invoice that will portray the discounted performance ticket ($300 per person)

As part of your performance ticket, you will of course also have access to all workshops and parties over the weekend.
