  • No paper tickets will be sent out. Please bring your receipt or ID with you to the event to collect your wristband.
  • We regret to advise that NO refunds will be given for pre-purchased tickets. As is the policy with all major festivals and concerts, we cannot issue refunds.
  • Transfers are permitted at the discretion of the event organizers. Email the FULL NAMES of the transfer along with the original booking.
  • We encourage you to buy your tickets in advance of the event online or at your school to avoid any disappointment.
  • Tickets will also be available at the door, during the event until sold out at the “Door Price”.
